An overview of blood pressure monitoring methods and approaches to the management of hypotension under general anesthesia.


Morgan McCann, BS, CVT, LVT, VTS (Anesthesia/Analgesia)
Morgan attended Oregon State University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in 2007. While going through the process to apply for veterinary school, she realized the nursing aspect of veterinary medicine, was where her heart belonged. Morgan became a certified veterinary technician in Oregon in 2010 and a licensed veterinary technician in Washington in 2014. With experience in emergency and critical care, surgery, neurology and dentistry/oral surgery, Morgan developed a passion for anesthesia and pain management early on. In 2018, Morgan completed the rigorous credentialing process to become a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) in Anesthesia and Analgesia. She enjoys teaching and lecturing in the Portland veterinary community on all aspects of anesthesia with particular interests in, total intravenous anesthesia, anesthesia for patients with cardiovascular disease, and multimodal analgesia.

This webinar will be recorded and shared with OVTAA and PVMA members for those unable to join at the scheduled time.
