The PVMA will be offering a 6 week fitness pilot program to provide PVMA and OVTAA members an opportunity to try different styles in a non-intimidating way with friends and colleagues. 

 

There is a direct correlation between physical health and mental health and we all could benefit from some accountability at times! Join us for a class, with snacks and time to visit with friends after!

 

Circuit Training:  Trained and certified coaches bring the instruction, the equipment and they ensure every workout is customized for you depending on your fitness level and specific goals. They have mats, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, boxing gear, body bars, and kettlebells, to name a few pieces of equipment. 

 

Additional program dates:

  • Monday, September 30th: Mat Pilates facilitated by Kim Reis
  • Tuesday, October 8th: Circuit Training facilitated by GYMGUYZ
  • Wednesday, October 16th: Self Defense facilitated by Dr. Lauren Chattigre, Krav Maga Self Defense ($25pp, PVMA will pay for all other set-up fees)
  • Tuesday, October 22nd: Melt facilitated by Kim Reis
  • Wednesday, October 30th: Candlelight Yoga Flow facilitated by Jessica Fjosne CVT
  • Thursday, November 7th: Circuit Training facilitated by GYMGUYZ

 

With the exception of the 2hr Self Defense Course, all programs will be no cost to PVMA and OVTAA members (donations are welcome to help us offer more programs in the future!)

 

RSVP requested for each event to ensure we have adequate equipment and space available.
